I just switched my forums over to a new domain name so I had to basically switch host. Anyway, after I finished, I went to change my coloful announcement message and it wont change. I can change the message but it doesnt update on the forums. I've tried everything! Unistalling, removing the .php file, deactivation, and it still wont work. I've tried clearing my IE cache and it wont work.
Help?
