Enter the thread ID's in the clear news bar settings in your admin panel.
There should be a separate setting besides the portal setting for this.
is it possible to modify the plugin so it uses say ajax to display the threads rather than a marquee? it would be nice to see ajax cycle through the threads and then have a back & forward arrow to manually cycle through them.

when a thread title has special characters they are displayed with some weird characters in the news bar, as like i used "&" in thread title and it is displayed as a "&"
can you suggest how to fix it
