Hey, finally I can present you new tool:

A clear news bar - plugin for mybb 1.4

It's the thing I was looking for before, I choosed sth similar - feedburner sig but in fact it didn't satisfied me and took too much space. Today with a little bit more experience I were able to code such thing myself and here we are!

Would it be possible to have us be able to put in a forum id to get the news from?

go to ACP and portal settings and specify forum id
