Full Version: Broken attachment images viewable to guests

Hello attachements on my forum aren't viewable to guests and show as broken images, they are however visible to members.

I have altered the settings in Admin>Users and Groups>Groups>Forum and Posts>Can download attachments - and still the images show as broken to guests.

I would appreciate any suggestions.
