Ugh... OK, have you added any plugins add settings yet?? I think we'll purge all settings and insert them fresh again.

before add the settings you give to me, I have deleted the old settings table and I have deactivate plugins... why occured this problem?

maybe if you give to me the settings_group tables this works fine

I don't have time to do this now as my internet is very limited but what I was going to do was export the settings and settingsgroups table from a fresh install, drop yours, and import those two fresh tables. FYI if you want to try it yourself or someone else wants to help out.

I put one settinggropus fresh, and now all working ok, thanks master
