I use <marquee> at Tamplates and it works but in the messages it does not work. Am I doing someting wrong...

<marquee> is html code and html is disabled in messages by default.
You can enable html for certain forums via AdminCP >> Manage Forums >> "the forum you want" >> Edit
and set Allow HTML to yes.
