MyBB Community Forums

Hey I wanted to request something very similar to this mod for phpBB:

Here is an example of what I want to do with MyBB:

That is my website using phpBB, I'm changing over to MyBB as some of the possibilities are much greater on MyBB, and it is just generally easier.

So any help in finding this mod if it already exists, or adapting the code from the phpBB mod, or even making a new script or if an alternative exists. Anything would be amazing news for me

Step 1:
you could use this little mod: http://community.mybboard.net/thread-47562.html
It will display the first attachment of a thread on forum/cat view.
If you define the forum id it will only work on forums/cats you specify.

Step 2:
Modify forum view template (remove last poster, date, ... and change the table cells a little bit) and save as a new template set. This new template set you can associate to your specific forums/cats.

After a lot of year i'm asking you if this can be done on version 1.8.4 of myBB. I try out the code but unfortunaly, there's no forumdisplay_threds.

Please make it possible for 1.8.4 or erlier: i need this.
