Hi,

My PayPal is linked with my bank account, i'm not sure how much money is in bank account, if I send £10 somewhere, and my bank account doesnt have enough money, does the payment get declined or do I get into debt with PayPal?

Neither. You go in debt with you bank. (I think at least)

What happens varies on your bank.
Because PayPal orders cannot be cancelled via paypal, it goes through and you go into the negative numbers. You also get charged $5 for that. Unless you have an overdraw plan.
