Maybe adding a live chat button on the main page instead of having it all the way at the bottom of contact us page.

It's at the footer of all the pages...or at least, it should be! I'll certainly look into making it more visible though, and will consider putting it in a more prominent place on the packages page. Thanks!

Name change? I'm confused here, please explain!

Overalll, it's nice. But the navigation is quite boring and not matching the rest of the style. And the footer gradient from gray looks kind of bad, maybe it'd look better if it ended in a lighter gray but not white. Also the tips in the bottom take too long to appear.

And the part with the "web communities, hosted in perfection" the shadows are too big, and black based =/ That makes the sky blue to look dirty. I'd also choose other examples to show there, rather than a default IPB theme and ManUTDPeople theme which doesn't match the rest of the site design.
