The PM Notification on registration is the plugin.
I activated it on 1.4.8 and i tried to dezact it on 1.4.10 and it says that it could not find a table in MYSQL.

I come with the exactly problem:
MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.
SQL Error:
1146 - Table 'localhost_forum.mybb_mybb_datacache' doesn't exist
Query:
DELETE FROM mybb_mybb_datacache WHERE title='pmonreg_errors'
That would be because it was a plugin made for MyBB 1.2. I'm just repeating myself here, I've said all of this before.
Yes,but i am thinking if this is the problem for what other plugins like side_boxes are not activated automatically.

They don't activate 'automatically'... if you've had problems with most of the plugins you've tried you must be doing something wrong as other people have used them and they've activated and worked fine.
