You need to replace the buttons (Can't remember the proper name) They just don't look right at all.,

The on, off, offlock buttons?

Well the on/off/lock are copyrighted. But the menu buttons don't fit with the theme at all.

First of all the header and menu doesn't fit in at all with the rest. The on/off/lock are do not fit in at all like Mark said. Also the gradient effect on the thead and blue tborder/tfoot doesn't look good on the black.

It's not cohesive imho.

I have updated. This is where I am almost done. Tell me how you like it. Also, how can I change the text color?

The buttons have to be changed. (Menu edit email etc) Also try PNG's for the on/off images
