Looks nice so far, nice work. But I would suggest something more fresh and colorful. It's a little plain. Pokémon is all about adventure, little animals and fantasy. Look at other pokémon websites! They're all pretty and shiny with those pokémons around it. The theme is nice, but not for a Pokémon board if you know what I mean.
But don't worry too much on the theme, remember: content is the king.
Although a nice looking design would spice up the website.

Well we had a green theme on our LiteBulletin before we converted.
Amazing.
