How do I change the cookie domain in phpMyAdmin? :p I forgot to add the cookie domain and I can't access the admin CP. Thanks!

Edit the settings file in the inc folder.

Yes, don't change it in the database, the forum doesn't directly use that.

What's your URL....??

Cookie domain: .mapleleafhost.co.tv
Cookie path: /forums/

Not sure what instructions you followed to get .mapleleafhost.co.tv/forums and /forums though...
