I think it would be easier to have a field, where a user has to type in there forum URL before making a support thread, alot of people don't want to post it when asking for support and people who try to help have to guess the problem there having and the user refuses to post it.
As much as i agree, some times the site has adult content, warez, or no MyBB copyright. Even though we don't support those, i feel its a little mean to let them suffer.
Ya, if they have warez and a support team member sees it, they can close it.

I've thought about this too but people would put in 'no thanks' in it and then we'd still need to ask them for it.
Couldn't it be something like the password incorrect, if they put in something like no thanks, it says sorry you need to put in a url, maybe im just dreaming =]
