I'm hoping you kind of get the gist of what I'm looking for by the title, but a blog that might focus on new open source scripts being released and such. PHP / Ruby (on Rails) specifically, but a blog covering all languages would be cool too.

Google has been of no help because there are so many blogs that are pure SPAM and covered in adsense just to hog up keywords and whatnot, so I thought of asking a community that obviously has an interest in open source / free scripts.

Ew hotscripts has to be one of the most cumbersome websites of all time. Plus it just screams early 2000s.
