hi, i am having a little bit of trouble installing MyBB on my server. When i get to the creating tables page i get

Warning: fopen(../inc/config.php) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in C:\Website\mybb\install\index.php on line 428

Warning: fwrite(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in C:\Website\mybb\install\index.php on line 429

Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in C:\Website\mybb\install\index.php on line 430

but it still displays the page and if i click next then i get

Warning: require(../inc/db_.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\Website\mybb\install\index.php on line 461

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required '../inc/db_.php' (include_path='.;C:\php5\pear') in C:\Website\mybb\install\index.php on line 461

My server's info is:
Microsoft Windows Server 2003
MySQL 5.0
PHP5
PHP installed to F:\php\
OS installed to F:\windows\
can anyone help?

ps. i also uploaded MyBB to my server using network shares insted of ftp, dont know if it makes any difference.

have u set full permissions for the config.php ??
