My forum (at http://telters.fatcow.com/grantman/forum/) doesn't seem to look right (like it is missing a CSS stylesheet).

If I'm missing it, where can I get it?

My Admin CP looks totally fine though

Your forum looks fine to me. I don''t see any problems with it.

Looks fine to me, clear your browser cache. Your settings are setup to be access via http://grantman.ca/forum/ though.

Well, it was fine earlier. Your Board URL setting needs to be http://telters.fatcow.com/grantman/forum

but, now it is at www.grantman.ca (that other domain was temporary)

so, it is http://www.grantman.ca/forum/

Do you know why I'm having this problem

Another question, do I need to have the www. at the front or not?

Set the Board URL to http://www.grantman.ca/forum then. You don't need the www. but you do need the http:// which you don't have currently, that's what's breaking it.

You must have changed it at some point today as it's different to what it was a few hours ago... ACP > Configuration > General Configuration > Board URL.
