The fieldset around the attachment wont show on any themes installed on my board, all of the themes postbit_attachments templates are this:

{$post['attachmentlist']}
</fieldset>

I cant figure out the problem

Can you check that ACP> Users and groups > Registered (or whatever group) > Forums & posts > Can post attachments is set to true.

Also make sure that the usergroups and permissions allow the groups to download attachments.

And also that posting attachments is set in the individual forum permissions.
