Oh I see what you mean. See the code colour? It's not loading at all, he can't edit the code. Try it yourself, load a template. Eventually you might see the code in grey while it's loading. But in his case, it doesn't go any further.
I've read some stuff and normally problems with viewing/editing problems normally have to do with codepress. Try deactivating it.
