I am not sure if its my server problem/internet problem or MyBB's problem.

Anyone can help analyse my debug info?

It's not about the internet. Your server's using most of the resources for mysql and that's the issue.
Is your site on a shared host or dedicated server?
Which page does that debug info belongs to btw?

It's the host not mybb send your host a message asking why your going slow thats what I did and now it's super fast even on peak times

2.6 isn't that bad, and shouldn't slow down your forum.

Contact your host, it's probably a slow MySQL server.
