How can you gurrantee that though?
I know a lot of people and I will be refering a lot also from past forums of mine I know. Also the custom theme will help generate more posts / members also.
That's still no guarantee.
You should offer the "Premium" for FREE for a limited time, now THAT would probably attract more people. Charge when the site has actual stable activity.
No sane person would waste money on an unproven site.
Pretty much all Administrators claim their site will succeed in time, can't believe everything you hear.
