Weird... I did a test on my localhost and if the URL was longer than 150 characters it just cut it off at 150 characters, don't know why yours isn't doing the same... I'll see if a dev knows what might be breaking.

Is mySQL in strict mode?

Without debugging, you can alter the location column to "text" instead of "varchar" (remove the "150"). It is probably something specific to your host's setup.

Guys I get this error with some of plugins also
when I click on active LastPost plugin I get this error :

That's a seperate plugin, and is the responsibility of the plugin's author.
