this is a stupid question, i tried all the backend setting for my forum. following is the link to my website.
my forum. and i still can not correct the current time on my forum's top right corner ( i am located at new york)?? can anyone share to help. thank you very much.

Did you set the time zone you are in in the User CP?

Edit: Go User CP>Edit Options>Look for the area "Date and Time Options">Set GMT -5 (I'm in the same time zone as you )

Edit2: Just some information, when a user registers, they can set this. When you create the board, the admin does not have the options of setting this personaly.
