Ban them?
There's no way that MyBB can detect that an image is "porn" or not. The only way to stop this would be to stop image posting all together... Which isn't the best idea for a functional forum.
Well, myspace has a feature where it detects if something is inappropriate and won't let them upload it, would be cool if mybb had that.
you could ban certain domains. dont know how though
You can check the "unwanted" countries IP's and them ban it all via .htaccess.
