now my forum is set 40 Threads on page
But i need to change (down) from 40 to 20 Threads
but i forget how to use??

That will change it for guests and new users, you'll need to change it in your User CP Options.

You have to do it with a mysql query then. You need to set all users option as "Use Default" with this query. If you want to do so, required query is as following, but If you don't have required information about how to run this query, I don't recommend you to do this.
UPDATE mybb_users SET tpp='0' WHERE tpp != '0'

If you don't know what your table prefix is I don't recommend you to do this action.
