postbit_author_user template and some of the other postbit_ template if it isn't in that one.

It is a style on the theme. You will have to edit the XML file. Here is the CSS Guide posted by Darren.

I read all postbit_ template but didn't find it there

Well the template with the join date, reg date, post count etc is the postbit_author_user template, if your theme has heavily modified templates it could be somewhere else but then we'd have no way of knowing where exactly.
