Where can I find the quote template??
I need to edit the rows....

Maybe in the postbit templates? I not sure what you want to edit really. If you want to change the CSS you have to edit Global.css.

There is no template for quotes. You should edit blockquote tag in the css.

You can edit/style quote block in .blockquote{ css style like Dragon Fever said above. There is no need for a template for this CSS thing.

I think we need to edit php files and change them directly.
