I am currently using mybb 1.4.11 and I want to modify my forum like this:

If registered users want to insert or edit signature, they should post certain posts or threads in their forum. For example: a user wants to edit signature but i want that s/he should register before one weeks ago and should post about 20 posts in this forum. Only thereafter s/he will be able to edit their signature.

Is there any plugins for myBB here? please suggest me.

I know someone has one, i think it may be Labrocca, not quite sure though. I don't trust myself after 1am.
