I'm developing a forum where people could communicate from different parts of a district.

I need doulble language support but want to hide certain categories depending on the language used?
Who could please help to write a plugin that would show categories, for exmaple 1, 3, 10 when English selected and hide all other categories that are not specified? When Russian selected, then show categories, for exmaple 2, 4, 9 and hide all others?
I think, writing this pluging should be a small thing but important for people who use mybb in more than one language?
