Hi,
I have a Mybb version 1.2.13 installed on my website. -
http://www.pustolovac.com/index.php
When I installed it I set board status to closed and now when i wanted to activate it (board settings>change>board online/offline>no) it still is.
Could anyone help?

1.2 isn't supported here as it is well over a year old now, 1.4 was released in August 2008 and support for 1.2 was dropped in June 2009, you'll need to upgrade to 1.4 to get support here.
