Hi guys, my question is is there anyway to change the php file's infomation like we change the templates through the plugin file?

For example, when we write a plugin, we can change the template though that plugin, so can we change the information in the class_parser.php like we change the template?

No idea what you're asking, do you want to edit an actual file...??
