I want people to obligatory select their gender on my forum. I know the procedures in the ACP to make the additional profile field 'required'.
What i do is i create a 'select box' with options
1.Boy
2.Girl
and i select the required option.
When someone registers, boy is automatically selected. If someone registers in a jiffy, he is automatically attributed boy.

I want to offer the following options in the selectbox for gender:
1.Boy/girl
2.Boy
3.Girl

Then an option like this screeny taken from phpBB.

Create a box with
1.Boy/girl
2.Boy
3.Girl

If the member do not select the option it will select the first one automatically.

I want them to choose obligatorily. I think this option should be included in next versions of mybb

Use Radio Buttons as Field Type and set only Boy and Girl as options.
By default there is none of them selected. But if someone set this option it's not possible for this person to clean this option!
