My users had been indexed in google and i don`t want them to be indexed..How can i do this??

You could block them in robots.txt
Or you could edit the user template to add a robots noindex tag...
What can i say in robots.txt?
User-agent: *
Disallow: /path/to/forum/member.php
You need to place your robots.txt at the root of your domain or it won't get detected.
And if those pages with members were indexed,will they be unindexed?
In how much time?
You can issue a removal request in Google Webmaster Tools, then it will be gone by the next day.
Otherwise it'll take some time.
