What template I have to edit to add an ad in the red space?

There is no advert in the image below, anyway you should use a plugin to do it, it would save you alot of time and effort.
I got a plugin that adds it after the first post.
But I need to add it into the index top and forum display too.
I just need to know the name of the template to add the ad in the red space.
This one do not remove ads from one group.
I need to add ad that can be removed form the subscribers groups.
I use one MyAds. But it do not add in the top.
