i need a help from fellow members to beautify my mybb forum
satnet forum

works required

1.install new forum theme 2.modify the layout 3.install new plug-ins
4.modify adsense to suit new theme

The forum should be look like http://www.indiandth.in/

i will pay $10 for this work.
