I get this error when I load my site (ohsf.comze.com):

MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
2013 - Lost connection to MySQL server during query
Query:
SELECT template FROM mybb_templates WHERE title='mysb_shoutbox_bot_disabled' AND sid IN ('-2','-1','14') ORDER BY sid DESC LIMIT 1
Please contact the MyBB Group for support.

Any ideas?

Edit: I went to the site again and it (the error) was gone?!?! Any ideas on how to prevent this in the future?

It might have been a glitch on the server side.

If it happens again ask your host about it.
