How to fix? it happened after i made an user from the panel!
It's the MyProtection plugin.
According to the MyProtection readme file, you can do the following to open it again:

- set MP_BLOCK_BOARD to 0 and make the necessary changes to your board - close it first!
- if something is missing (like posts, private messages, threads, etc), you can try to fix it by uploading one of the backups made to admin/myprotection/backups
