Well I was trying to make a tutorial for something on the computer and was using a screen recorder to record it, with a headset to record the sound, and apparently, when I plug in the headset, it doesnt turn off the built in mic on the laptop, so the video recorded EVERY keystroke, and it was loud because the laptop's mic is RIGHT next to the keyboard >_<

That's nice haha.

Just go into the preference's and select your headset as the mic.
