What version are you running now?
1.4.10 -> 1.4.11? That's very simple. Just load this file:
http://mybboard.net/download/114
Extract all files and load it to your web server (overwrite the files). If you made any changes to this files on your web server some times ago, they will be lost after this action.
Quote from MyBB blog:
"Please download the attached ZIP archive and replace the files in your forum directory with those from the ZIP archive."
P.S.: Make a backup first!!!
