I'd really like to see that the shortage of $lastpost_subject in build_forumbits() is getting changed to an option in the admin center.

I know it sounds like a small change, but currently im doing some template changes and I need the title with 40 characters instead of the hardcoded 25 characters.

I'd love to see an option in the admin center OR the script to check if I set a custom limit within in the previous hook.

Ah, fine to know that it's hardcoded (in inc/functions forumlist.php). I modified it while width is set to 300 in template forumbit_depth1_cat.
I'd also be able now to have the full text simply wrapped.
