That's the problem as the theme uses fixed width templates.
What can I do without using hview's template?
You can edit the theme settings to fit your needs. The problem with the double navigation links is that images are missing so that the alt text is displayed.
it doesn't seem to me as an alt text error however i can't judge before i have a live look, i have tried to visit ur site and switch templtes, but u still have the bluebreeze.
in case it wasn't alt error. then pls in the header's template find the doublicationg navigation links and remove them

The theme is for 1.0.x not 1.2.x. what you can do is revert some of the templates (Forum Bit Templates) just because there has been some code changes since then
