2. With this you dont even have to have IE on your PC
With ie you don't even have to have this on your PC. (poor argument imo)

3. You dont have to have multiple browser windows open
If this is a per-tab thing, then yes. Otherwise this statement is invalid.

4. You dont have to wait for IE to load
It's not really that slow, but I guess.

Besides, what guarantee is there that this is perfect ie-rendering? I would rather use the browser itself than look through a possibly misleading browser plugin.

Why not use Maxthon? The IE alternitive i have heard.

You can't it uses trident (in other words it's built around IE). So it only works on windows.

Wait what? Chrome uses trident?

No, maxthon does .

Chrome uses webkit.

You can get some of IE ported on *nix, i think upto 7 is ported.

Those were just MY reasons for getting it

Just tried it. I didnt see CSS3 effects in any of the three rendering engines.

Mine broke in the first five minutes . After it imported my plugins from firefox it was all messed up (display wise) so I just walked away. It's probably due to the chrome theme I use with firefox (and a few other cosmetic ones ).
