Hi all.
Just wondering if I could add a "Posting Rules" form on the "new post" page. See Pic:

Works well... But I was hoping to have it on all new posts, not just new thread.
And also like the way I have it in the picture above.

I know it a case of editing the correct .php file, and adding a form script somewhere, but I'm not sure which one to edit.

I have a test site using wamp, so it's just a case of editing until it's right
