I know there are tools out there that allow you to record from, let's say a webcam you have plugged in, and stuff like that.

What I want to know is, are there any programs that will allow me to record from a live feed over the internet, for example, a Stickam stream?

No, I don't mean a website that will allow me to broadcast a stream.

I mean an application that will allow me to record other people's streams.

You would want something like WMRECORDER that records what its hearing,etc from your soundcard Smile

This is a free version which will allow up to 5 minute recordings (Video/Audio)
