Thrid time mine has fried. Does this happen often to everyone, or just me. (Post at local Uni )

I've had the one that my internet provider gave more for over a year now .(maybe two I'm not really sure when we got it)

I have a Motorola Surfboard that's lasted just under a year, still going strong.

Our is about 6 years old. You should be able to connect like that.

Probably over heating.. try moving it to a more well ventilated area..

To late now New one is up and running.

There was thunderstorm last week and mine got burned with my lan card

I got a new one now
