Hello,
the guys at http://fizmati.lv (student portal of Physics and Mathematics faculty of University of Latvia) have done a great job and translated MyBB in Latvian. They're using it on http://fizmati.lv/forums/
The translation is not complete, but most of it is. Hopefully when Latvian version will be available for downloading from MyBB site, the translation will improve.
