When getting to the Database configuration part I get this error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}' in /home3/discussi/public_html/forum/inc/db_mysql.php on line 1282

What to do?

Open the file in /forum/inc/db_mysql.php and copy line 1275 to 1283 and paste it here!
I'll tell you what to do after that!
EDIT: I think there is a simple ";" missing after a PHP command!!
