I created this site today, as a test for my PHP/MySQL integration, as well as designing.
This site has a very brandable domain, and basically petitions against homework (very much so targeted towards teens and preteens).
It is very simple as all you need to do when you access the site is press the "Petition for nohomework" button and it submits your name, or just "anonymous".
It has a counter and a list of the 27 most recent petition signers.
A built in Facebook share, retweet, and email button has also be implemented.
This script and the design are both 100% original and I coded it myself from scratch.

This includes:
-NoHomework.org (registered via Name.com, expires 1/20/11)
- MySQL database (for storing the data)
- Design files
- Script Files

Not related to the bidding, but you should look into doing something with cookies, preventing people from doing it more than once.

I agree, btw, current high bid is $100.
