problem:
1º: i have the default avatar and a task that update them every time, but i dont know if that is the problem. the thing is that they do not rezise to 120 x 120. why could it be?
2º:i want to change the font that is shown up in index,( my forums) something link blue, strong but, only the forums, not threats, neither description

First of all I recommend upgrading to the latest version (1.4.11) before asking for support.

As to your 2nd problem you will need to go into the "Themes and Templates" section in the ACP and change the global.css for the theme you're using.

1st, i allready upgrade it, but it continues, i cant rezice it,
2nd, i enter global.css, but i dont know in what part i should chage to change my index front
