Last night, I tried to install a new smiley pack on my forums, but it ended up not working. So this morning, I went to reinstall the original smilies, but they don't work either.
What's wrong? I tried rebuilding the cache, refreshing the page, and nothing works.

You sure you have them in the proper image directory?
Additionally, are the smileys not appearing within posts and or adding a new post / thread?
They're in "root/images/smilies".

They aren't showing up in the ACP, or in posts.

If it's the one in your sig, then the problem is that your smilie URLs start with a / which make it look for smilies in
http://gamercraft.org/images/smilies/
So edit the smilies and remove the initial /
